Thanksgiving Challenge - Day 22

This one.

My firstborn. My guinea pig, poor thing.

The one who lives life to the full.

The one who embodies joy and shares it with everyone she knows.

The girl who isn't afraid to be the life of the party or the listening ear.

A sister, kind. A friend, always.

How could a mother be so blessed?

  2. Hi Shelly,

You're SUCH a wonderful example and role model of a really loving mother, yet without being at all doormat-like. I so love each post you write.

I hope you have a wonderful thanksgiving!

  3. I just caught up reading all your Thanksgiving challenge posts. What a great exercise! I should have taken the Thanksgiving challenge and left the 31-day challenge alone, I think. :)

Preston is doing pretty well. The surgeon just told him that he'll get to have some clear liquids today. Funny how what you're thankful for can change from time to time--never thought I'd be thankful for Jell-O. For darn sure I'm thankful that my husband and son are alive and (getting) well!
